What is Casa Mivera's returns policy?

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it. You then have an additional 30 days to return the product. Once we receive the item in good condition, we will issue a full refund, excluding return postage costs.

Are there any costs associated with returning products?

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your return, we aim to process it within 5 working days, and no later than 14 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been completed.

We offer free standard delivery. Orders are usually delivered within 8–15 working days to the UK.
