This shipping policy applies only to the UK. The delivery time of your order will be 4-7 working days.
- Cut-off time for orders: 11PM (GMT+0)
- Handling time: 1-2 working days (Mon - Sat)
- Transit time: 3-5 working days (Mon - Sat)
- Courier Services: DHL and Royal Mail
Free shipping within the United Kingdom
For every order, we pay the shipping costs. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is no minimum order requirement.
Order tracking
Customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once their order has been dispatched. This tracking number can be used to check the delivery status here.
Missing or lost packages
If a package is not delivered or becomes lost, please contact our customer service immediately. We will work with our carrier to investigate the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement package or process a refund. For more information, view our return policy here.
Not at home
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will make a second attempt or deliver the package to a nearby collection point. You will receive a notification with instructions on where and when you can pick up your package.
Refusing delivery
If you refuse a delivery, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Changing your delivery address
If you need to change your delivery address, please email our customer service team at info@casamivera.com within 24 hours after placing your order or before the cut-off time.
